Chief Executive of Stanbic Bank, Kwamina Asomaning, visited some clients at the central business district to know more about their businesses, solicit feedback and appreciate these customers for their loyalty, as part of the global service week celebrations.
Mr. Asomaning, accompanied by a team from the Tudu branch of the bank, spent time with the clients who were very elated to have the delegation and expressed their gratitude to the bank’s leadership for the gesture.
Explaining the purpose of the visit, Kwamina Asomaning said, “As we celebrate customer service week it is important for us to appreciate our clients who have stuck with us through thick and thin. Our customers are a very important part of what we do at Stanbic Bank and as the leader of the
bank, I am here with my team to personally say a big thank you to our loyal enterprise customers here at the Makola market.”

Rather, we are here to thank you for your commitment and if there is any way we as a bank can help you grow your business we are here to listen and lend a helping hand. Thank you for allowing us to help make your dreams possible,” he added.
A trader at the Makola market, Mr. Kweku Amoah, CEO of KanKanduro Enterprise thanked Stanbic bank for their customer service and helping his business grow. He said, “I joined Stanbic bank last two years and it is through their support that my business has grown. I was with a different bank before Stanbic, but they were not of much help but since I joined Stanbic my business is doing much better. I always recommend them to my colleagues because I know they can help them too. When you go to some places the people talk to you anyhow but at Stanbic they check up on us regularly; they are always ready to help us out when we need it. I am happy that their boss has come here today; it feels good to be part of the Stanbic family.”
