COVID19 Critical Health and Business Preparedness
A message from Alhassan Andani, Chief Executive, Stanbic Bank Ghana.
Dear Valued Client,
As the complex Covid-19 pandemic continues to unfold with its fluid public health implications and socio-economic disruptions, it is imperative that we share with you our clients the vital health warnings and measures directed by the World Health Organisation and the Government of Ghana. We also want to share with you our business readiness to continue to serve you under these trying times.
First and foremost, personal health, which is embedded in community wellbeing, is paramount and we all need to take personal responsibility for preventing, containing and managing this pandemic.
To this end we encourage, you to follow all the guidelines issued by health authorities notably that you wash your hands with soap under running water, avoid touching your face, disinfect surfaces that you regularly come in contact with, thoroughly cook your food, wear masks when sick, use gloves and other protective clothing in the presence of sick people and avoid sharing personal items.
Our business continuity processes are designed to ensure the integrity of our systems and processes under severe stress situations to continue to deliver critical services.
We have also built alternate work places and work flow plans to ensure that our staff can work and serve you in the best environment.
A key part of this plan is the ability of our employees to work remotely, when required and where applicable, in order to continue to serve you.
Your Relationship Managers and our call centre staff will continue to provide any information that you may require. You may get in touch through our Customer Contact Centre on 0302815789 or email at [email protected].
In this period when going cashless is highly recommended, we encourage you keep safe by using our electronic channels such internet and mobile banking, Host to Host and our ATMs for your transactions.
We will continue to closely monitor developments on Covid-19 to ensure that precautionary health measures are in place within all Stanbic Bank offices and branches and that our systems and workflow processes remain relevant for our stakeholders.
We shall keep you regularly updated.
Please remain vigilant and stay safe.
Best regards,
Alhassan Andani
