Stanbic Bank Ghana was established in 1999. Since 2007, we have expanded our branch network to nine out of the ten regions in the country to support our clients’ needs. We are licensed by the Central Bank of Ghana.

Stanbic Bank Ghana provides a full range of consumer, business, and corporate and investment banking services to clients who require a local banking partner with international reach. We are a Tier One bank and the third largest bank in terms of share of industry operating assets (PWC 2014).

We service the evolving needs of local and international clients, delivered by over 1 500 employees at 36 branches, along with 60 ATMs and our advanced online banking services. Through our growing branch network, we increasingly provide personal and business banking services to the local consumer market. Our wealth unit services the needs of high net worth individuals and provides quality banking services to corporate leaders and professionals.

Stanbic Bank encourages savings culture with savings campaign

Stanbic Bank Ghana has launched a new campaign designed to encourage a habit of savings among Ghanaians. Dubbed “Save to Gain”, it is a national savings campaign intended to improve savings culture, financial inclusion and economic growth and prosperity. The campaign encourages clients and prospective clients to sign up for the Pure Save Account, a high interest savings product.

Stanbic Bank and Hacklab Host Second Hackathon at KNUST

Stanbic Bank has helped unearth the talents of some budding app developers by sponsoring the second edition of its Hacklab held at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). The three-day event was in line with Stanbic’s commitment to improve innovation in technology and entrepreneurship in Ghana.
